Review policy
Last updated
Reviews on Ayahuasca.help come only from verified past participants, are moderated, and are never traded for anything.
Verified participants only
A review may only be published by someone we have verified attended the centre, through a booking or payment confirmation, a centre co-confirmation, or editor verification by correspondence. Verification is about attendance, never about whether a review is positive or negative.
A centre can never review itself, and only one published review per person per centre is allowed.
What we publish
We publish critical and positive reviews alike and never suppress criticism to protect a centre. We encourage factual, first-person accounts and discourage unverifiable accusations stated as fact about named individuals.
Serious allegations (such as abuse or assault) are handled with care: we may unpublish a listing pending investigation, we record everything, and we may seek the centre’s response. Some matters belong with the authorities rather than a review field.
Right of reply and takedown
Centres may respond to reviews; responses are themselves moderated. We honour legitimate right-of-reply and operate a clear takedown and correction process. Contact us to raise a concern.
