We minimise the personal data we collect and aim to be a privacy-respecting publication. UK GDPR applies.

What we collect

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address and your consent record to send you our emails. We use a double opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics: we use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) for aggregate traffic statistics. Any secondary analytics that use cookies are loaded only with your consent.

Accounts and the directory (where applicable): if you create an account, submit a retreat, or post a review, we store the information you provide to operate those features.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@ayahuasca.help to exercise them.

Legal basis and retention

We process newsletter data on the basis of consent, and operational data on the basis of legitimate interests or contract. We retain data only as long as necessary.
